Introduction

The clan ventrue is know through out the world as the masters of manipulations with regards to mortals, In addition the clan ventrue have always been regarded as leaders of both the camarilla and before that princedoms among kindred, they are the very embodiment of nobility, aristocracy and leadership.

It is said that there is no area of influence that the willing ventrue is not able to gain, despite most ventrue dealing today in finance, industry and government which are currently the trademarks of power.

Clan Traditions

All Ventrue are expected to know there Lineage through Veddhartha, Enoch and Caine, and likewise should show respect to their ancestors and elders at all times.

All members of Clan Ventrue are expected to come to the aid of another Ventrue when requested to do so.

All Ventrue are expected to put the welfare of their Clan above their own

Feeding Restrictions
The Ventrue clan weakness is that all members have very exclusive tastes, many would see this as a matter of class and breeding rather than a flaw. The Feeding restrictions come about usually when the kindred is first able to go out and hunt themselves, this then develops within them that there is no taste better than the type first hunted. The following list is a few possible feeding restriction types :

• People of a specified Nationality
  
• People of a specified Religion
  
• People who actively practice a specified religion (ie. only from people who have been to mass in the last week)
  
• Virgins/ innocents (for the more traditional minded)
  
• Only from people who you have corrupted
  
• People in the vampire's employ
  
• People who love/ hate/ want to kill you
  
• Only when alone with prey (or only when not alone which is a bit harder)
  
• Intellectuals
  
• Only strangers/ friends
  
• Only men in uniform (?)
  
• Only people aged over 60
  
• Only whilst in motion
  
• Only from own mortal relations/ descendents
  
• Only on people with a specified disease/ derangement - you'll be in trouble if it's smallpox
  
• Only from people who make you feel inferior (?)
  
• Only from pregnant females (human or animal)
  
• People in a specified Profession
